In the newly revealed poster, Shah Rukh Khan walks through blazing fire with an intense gaze. He holds a gun in one hand and grips a red rose tightly between his teeth.
Sharing the look on Instagram, the superstar added a catchy line referencing his iconic title song from Baadshah (1999):
“Aaj phir yaad aaya… Qaatil nahi… Aashiq hoon… #KING In cinemas 24.12.26.” (“Remembered again today… I’m not a killer… I’m a lover.”)
The clever caption immediately sent fans into a frenzy, sparking massive buzz over whether his character is a ruthless hitman, a hopeless romantic, or an explosive mix of both.
A Star-Studded Christmas Release
Directed by Siddharth Anand—who previously teamed up with SRK for the 2023 blockbuster Pathaan—King is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on December 24, 2026, making it one of the biggest Christmas releases of the year.
