Documents accessed on January 25, 2026, reveal that the director-producer has sold a significant land parcel in the Pune district for a staggering ₹15 crore.

The deal involves a prime piece of land located in Lohegaon village, situated within the Haveli taluka of Pune. Here are the specifics of the high-value sale:
Plot Size: Approximately 1.09 hectares (roughly 2.7 acres).
Sale Price: ₹15 crore.
Buyer: CP Lands LLP.
Stamp Duty Paid: ₹1.05 crore.
Registration Date: The Deed of Conveyance was officially registered on December 26, 2025.
A Strategic Real Estate Pivot
This sale appears to be part of a broader strategy by the Roshan family to reshuffle their massive property portfolio. While they are divesting from certain land assets, they have been aggressively investing in Mumbai’s commercial sector.
Recent records show that just a month prior to this Pune deal, Rakesh and his wife, Pinkie Roshan, acquired five commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri area for nearly ₹19.68 crore. Additionally, their firm, HRX Digitech, purchased four more units in the same locality for over ₹10 crore in late 2025.

Recent Sales: In mid-2025, the father-son duo sold three apartments in Andheri West for a combined total of ₹6.75 crore.
