Directed by RJ Balaji and co-starring Trisha Krishnan, the film has sustained an incredible theatrical run, closing its 11th day by approaching a monumental career milestone for its leading man.
Despite the expected second-Monday drop common to big-ticket releases, Karuppu has firmly established itself as the highest-grossing film of Suriya’s career, positioning him on the verge of entering the elite ₹250 crore worldwide club for the very first time.
